This program is for that person that does not see themselves doing much booking in their first year but really just learning, training and setting the foundation. You cannot upgrade once you have a booking. You'll have to wait till your anniversary. So, make sure to upgrade before placing a booking. All agents can downgrade - but lose all commission ranking at time of downgrade, meaning if you were at 80/20 prior to downgrade, all non paid commissions downgrade to 55% commissions.
